Our History

Into Finance Lending Solutions was started from Jesse McBride’s passion for finance, property and helping others achieve their financial goals. The genesis of the business began in 2012, when he and his wife Stephanie started their own homeownership journey as first home buyers. Experiencing the lending process firsthand gave Jesse a deep understanding of the challenges many clients face when navigating finance for the first time.

That initial purchase in 2013 marked the beginning of a long term commitment to real estate and financial strategy. Within five years, Jesse and Stephanie had built a diverse property portfolio including three investment properties and their family home — an achievement driven by careful planning, disciplined budgeting, and a strong understanding of lending strategy.

Motivated to learn more, Jesse immersed himself in financial education. From industry podcasts and Money Magazine to in-depth conversations with experienced brokers, he developed a comprehensive understanding of mortgage structures, cash flow management, and property investment fundamentals. This analytical and strategic approach allowed him to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and design finance solutions that deliver long term value.

Alongside his property and finance experience, Jesse has also gained hands on knowledge in running a small business. Managing the financial operations, budgeting and strategic planning of a business has given him valuable insight into the unique challenges self employed clients face when it comes to borrowing. This firsthand experience allows Jesse to provide practical, tailored advice — helping business owners present their financials effectively, structure their lending strategically, and access finance that supports both their business and personal goals.

Now a qualified mortgage broker with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Jesse combines over a decade of real world experience with professional expertise to deliver lending solutions that are clear, strategic and client focused. His approach is built on education, transparency and long term financial empowerment.
